The university's name, 'DEV BHOOMI,' was inspired by the picturesque city of Uttarakhand. The city is regarded as the "Land of Gods" because of its rich legacy and profound spirituality, which led to the development of the name "Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University." Dev Bhoomi Group of Institutions (formal) began its educational journey as a college of engineering. Dev Bhoomi Institute of Technology (DBIT) has experienced remarkable development in the programmes and courses it offers since its foundation in 2005. To achieve academic brilliance, the institute provides a perfect blend of theoretical and practical knowledge.

LUSH GREEN CAMPUS

The Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University has a lush green campus with academic blocks, workshops, laboratories, faculty rooms, auditorium, seminar halls, computer labs, library, canteen, sports and recreation facilities spread across 42 acres. Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University is a non-profit, self-governed institute devoted to offering unique and advanced academic models designed mainly to train industry-ready individuals.

Sports Activities

DBUU seeks to develop each student's ability in a variety of sports. We provide our students with a wide variety of sports to choose from. We make certain that all of our pupils participate in these physical and recreational activities. Aside from the standard academic course, physical education is quite important for students. We offer a variety of sports to our kids, such as cricket, hockey, basketball, table tennis, and badminton football.
