Who Needs to Register for UAU Counselling?
All eligible NEET (UG) 2026-qualified candidates who want to participate in UAU centralized counselling for applicable State Quota or All India Quota UG seats must register for the relevant counselling round. Only registered candidates are considered for seat allotment in that round.
Candidates who did not register in Round 1 are not automatically excluded from the entire process. As per the UAU brochure, they may participate in Round 2 or the third/Mop-Up round after completing the required registration and fee payment for the applicable round. Candidates must also fill in fresh choices for each round in which they want to be considered.
UAU Counselling Registration Fee 2026
The UAU Information Brochure specifies the following counselling registration fee:
- The one-time online counselling registration fee is ₹2,000 for Round 1 and Round 2 for all categories.
- A candidate making a fresh registration in Round 2 has to pay ₹2,000.
- For participation in the third/Mop-Up round, all candidates in all categories must pay a ₹ 2,000 registration fee.

Eligibility for BAMS Counselling 2026
According to the UAU Information Brochure, only NEET (UG) 2026-qualified candidates can apply for admission through UAUC U.G. 2026–27. For BAMS, candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology.

How Does the BAMS Counselling Process Work?
The BAMS counselling registration 2026 process under UAU broadly involves the following steps:
- Online registration: Eligible NEET UG 2026 candidates must register for the applicable counselling round.
- Enter required details: Candidates need their NEET 2026 roll number, NEET application number, valid mobile number and other required information.
- Pay the counselling registration fee: Complete the prescribed online payment.

What Should You Do After BAMS Seat Allotment?
Getting a seat allotment does not by itself complete admission.
Candidates allotted a seat must personally report to the allotted college within the specified period, submit the required documents for verification, pay the applicable college fee and complete the admission formalities. Admission is completed after the concerned college issues the admission letter within the prescribed period.
The brochure also states that candidates allotted a seat must secure admission by the last date applicable to that counselling round; otherwise, the admission stands cancelled automatically.
Security Fee
The UAU brochure states that a candidate can generate the UG allotment letter after depositing a ₹25,000 security fee. Subject to the conditions in the brochure, it is refundable after the last counselling round once the candidate has taken admission.
