B.Sc.- CBZ

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry, Biology and Zoology (BSc. in CBZ) is a 3-Year undergraduate course which deals with the field of science. The course involves Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology. Thus, all three subjects in B.Sc. in CBZ are combined and taught in detail. Under chemistry, candidates learn about the science of matter in a more precise manner and acquire information about its composition, structure, behavior, properties, and the changes it undergoes through any Chemical reaction. Students also learn about Plant Biology, which includes study about algae, fungi, their growth, development, chemical properties, structure, reproduction, metabolism, etc. as a part of Botany. The Zoology branch of the course deals with topics like the animal kingdom, their classification, evolution, embryology, structure, etc. for both living and extinct animals. Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University (DBUU) offers a course curriculum under B.Sc. in CBZ course which involves a perfect blend of theoretical and practical knowledge. Thus, along with the underlying theoretical understanding, the students are exposed to practical aspects through the vivid lab sessions.
