It involves movement, meditation, and breathing techniques to promote mental and physical well-being.
AIM of the Events
  • The scientific master-system of yoga in daily life teaches how to achieve good health, inner peace
    and harmony by using yoga, meditation and spiritual development.
Content of the Events  
Highlights of Events The body’s health has fundamental importance in life. As the Swiss-born physician, Paracelsus, very correctly said: “health isn’t everything, but without health everything is nothing”.
The yoga faculty/instructor will help everyone to do the right form of yogic kriyas and will stimulate the importance of good health and spiritual development.
