About Event 2 nd round of Culinary Challenge where the shortlisted teams from different Institutes/Colleges/Universities will be
competing for the positions, Teams need to prepare 3 course menus stipulated time, where the students show their skils, knowledge and innovations while preparing dishes. A panel of experienced and sesioned Chefs will be judging the teams on the basis of the presentation and quality of dishes.
