It explains the role of supporting departments in the functioning of a hospital, reflecting the changing concept of hospitals, role of a hospital administrator, functions of the hospital management and hospital services. With the advancement in technology, the management of a hospital is designed using various software, which coordinate all aspects of hospital operations. From front office management to most extensive procedures — all are performed in a hospital. It is, thus, interlinked to make the functioning easier for patients |
