The University Grievance Redressal System is a method that is widely used to hear and act on complaints or grievances submitted by students, teachers, or staff members, allowing for more effective service delivery and rapid action on any issue brought by them.

Unlike the traditional Grievance Redressal Method of letters and complaint forms, the new online-based approach of grievance portals by Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University has a lot of appeal, and their use reflects the true level of staff/student/faculty satisfaction. DBUU handles grievances directly through its own website. In addition, through an online platform, the smart web portal for grievance handling connects students/staff/faculty with authorities. This System enables customers to take speedy action to resolve their grievances while retaining affordability and convenience. DBUU's online grievance redressal process allows the university's primary constituents, such as students, teachers, and other non-teaching staff, to easily file grievances and receive satisfactory solutions.

Why DBUU Online Grievance Redressal ?

Since it promotes the internet generation, online grievance redress is required for all students, staff, and faculties. The online grievance redressal system will not only provide a simple way for students and faculty, staff, to make a complaint, but it will also ensure that the matter is resolved quickly.

The DBUU Grievance Redressal Mechanism is used to create a balanced, unbiased, and constant system for resolving various issues faced by anyone at Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University in order to foster a responsive attitude among all members and maintain a peaceful environment on campus. It also ensures that grievances are processed quickly and fairly, while maintaining complete confidentiality.

“Every higher education institution should have Grievance Redressal Mechanisms to resolve the grievances of students and staff members”,- a statement made by the Minister for Human Resource Development in 2012. With the introduction of the DBUU online Grievance Redressal System, grievances from students and others will be immediately resolved, and dissatisfied students/teachers or other Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University staff will receive timely support.
