| About Event | “The art of Mixing with Innovation” is a workshop which has been planned by the SOHMT department of Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University where the specialized F& B Faculty of SOHMT will showcase students about the new trending beverages (the Charectestics and nature of basic ingredients in mocktails making, their preparation, technical and practical knowledge sharing), where the students experience and learn different types of innovative mocktails with the use of some special and unique ingredients and also learn the concepts and different techniques behind the preparation. Students will also learn the different style of serving these unique mocktails Mocktails are non-alcoholic mixed drinks meant to replicate the presentation and complexity of craft cocktails, just without the alcohol. To make some innovative mocktails, bartenders mix combinations of sodas, juices, herbs, and syrups tocreate unique flavors and few very new and unique ingredients to make them very special and different in term of taste and aromas. |
