About Event Christmas Celebration is one of the biggest activity or events for the Bakery and Patisserie department under SOHMT, as each and every Hotel/Institute/school of Hotel management celebrate this day with full energy where
students and Chefs showcase a display of art and skill pertaining to the items prepared on Christmas eve. It helps students to enhance their skill and give them confidence to initiate and conduct such event on a bigger scale.
AIM of the Events
  • Knowledge about the “Christmas celebration”.
  • Process of making different cakes and delicacies.
  • Different unique ingrediuents used in “Christmas celebration”.
  • Students learn to organize such activities.
Content of the Events “Christmas celebration” by preapring different food
display and some other activities will be clubbed to
celebrate the Christmas event.
