| About Event | This event is being organized to enhance the knowledge of students on wildlife conservation, management. The present Odd semester students of the Department of Forestry (Ist, IIIrd, Vth semesters) have certain subjects in their syllabus such as Ornithology, Wildlife management, Forest ecology, biodiversity conservation, etc. Since, the Dehradun Zoo is built on the objectives of ex-situ conservation of wild animals, biodiversity conservation, to develop as an education center and a rescue center for wild animals it can provide useful knowledge about the same to our students. | |||||||||||||
