The school aims to prepare nursing scholars for careers in the Healthcare industry. The primary goal of the department is to achieve excellence in Nursing Education by training graduates to assume responsibilities as professionally competent Nurses and Midwives in providing holistic care.
Institute provides undergraduate program viz. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing), which prepares students to be expert clinicians tending to individuals of all ages, families, groups, and communities, sick or well and in all settings.

The vision of the School of Nursing is to prepare excellent health care providers and leaders to transform the lives of people and communities through innovative education healthcare.
Educating students in an appropriate learning environment and developing safe practicing skills by adapting change in an organization with change in environment.
Mission
The mission of the School of Nursing is to educate and prepare nursing students to learn in terms of nursing education, research, practice rendering quality of care to the needed patients independently and bringing excellence in the profession.
Moreover, develop a good leadership style and make them responsible for their action in terms of rendered care.
SCHOOL HIGHLIGHTS
The course at the Department is approved by All Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi and is affiliated to H.N.B Uttarakhand Medical Education University.
The well-researched and advanced course curriculum followed at the institute provides students with both theoretical knowledge and practical exposure.
The on-campus hospital helps students learn practical skills by giving them extensive exposure and training.
Includes a competent team of experienced and dedicated faculty member from reputed nursing colleges and universities, who impart quality education on students, assisting them in developing expertise and in-depth understanding of the nursing field.
The institute provides students with the best employment opportunities. With the placement rate of 73%, the institute reached the position of best placement college in Uttarakhand.

Dev Bhoomi Institute of Nursing (formerly known as School of Nursing) was started in the year 2019 to prepare professional nurses, in order to improve standards of nursing service through quality education. We have grown to be one of the largest nursing institutions in the country and the best in the state of Uttrakhand. We offer B.Sc. Nursing four years program. Our institute has recognition from Uttarakhand Nurses & Midwifery Council and the Indian Nursing council.The institution has well-qualified competent and skilled faculty members, good physical infrastructure, Library & labs are equipped with advanced simulators, and most importantly students get opportunities for clinical learning in affiliated teaching hospitals.
The School of Nursing has attained a distinguished reputation in the field of sports and cultural activities.
