Event Competitions

Participate, Create & Showcase Your Talent

Competition 1
Reel Making

Participants will create short, engaging reels based on SDG goals. This activity promotes digital creativity, storytelling skills and effective use of social media tools to communicate ideas in an impactful and visually appealing way.

Guidelines:
  • The reel must align with one or more UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
  • Duration strictly between 30 to 60 seconds.
  • Content should be original, meaningful, and impactful, avoiding plagiarism.
  • Last date of reel submission: - 25th April 2026
  • File must be submitted in MP4 format (HD quality preferred) before the deadline.
  • Teams must be ready to give a brief explanation (1–2 minutes) if required.
  • Team size: 1 - 5 member
Entries more than 60 seconds in duration will be disqualified.
Competition 2
Poster Presentation

Participants design and present informative posters on selected themes. This activity focuses on visual communication, research ability, and clarity of expression, helping students convey complex ideas in a simple, creative, and engaging manner.

Themes:
  • Clean water and Sanitation
  • Climate Action
  • Responsible Consumption and Production
  • Sustainable cities and communities
Guidelines:
  • Posters must strictly adhere to the given themes.
  • Poster size: A1 (594 × 841 mm) (Portrait/Landscape allowed).
  • Content should be research-based, visually appealing, and easy to understand.
  • Posters must be original work; plagiarism will lead to disqualification.
  • Participants must present their poster within 3–5 minutes followed by Q&A.
  • Poster must contain objective, methodology and outcome of the theme chosen.
Competition 3
Quiz Competition

A knowledge-based competition where participants answer questions from various domains. It enhances general awareness, quick thinking, and decision-making skills while promoting a spirit of learning and healthy competition.

There will be three rounds of the competition:
  • Round 1: Based on SDG goals
  • Round 2: Based on Current affairs
  • Round 3: Buzzer round
Guidelines:
  • Use of electronic devices, notes, or external help is strictly prohibited.
  • Judge’s decision will be final and binding.
  • Teams must maintain discipline and sportsmanship throughout the event.
  • In case of a tie, an additional tie-breaker round will be conducted.
  • Team size: 1-5 members
Competition 4
Ideathon: Startup Pitch

Showcase your entrepreneurial spirit by presenting innovative business ideas that solve real-world problems. Participants will demonstrate creativity, feasibility, and strategic thinking while delivering a compelling pitch of their concepts, highlighting their value, impact, and practical implementation.

Open Guidelines:
  • Participants must present an innovative and feasible business idea.
  • Theme is open, but ideas addressing real-world or sustainability problems are encouraged.
  • Each team will get 2-3 minutes for pitching followed by 2 minutes Q&A.
  • Presentation may include PPT, prototypes, or demonstrations.

  • Implementation Strategy
  • Content must be original and practically viable

General Instructions for all the events

  • Team Size: 1–5 members
  • Participants must carry valid college ID cards.
  • All submissions must be completed before the specified deadline.
  • Any form of misconduct or plagiarism will result in disqualification.
  • The decision of the judging panel will be final.
  • Last date of enrolling in any of the competition is 27th April 2026.
