With a career spanning over 30 years, Dr. Tripathi has seamlessly bridged the worlds of academia, research, and industry, leaving an indelible mark on each. Currently serving as the Controller of Examinations at Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University, his journey is a testament to vision, dedication, and transformative leadership.
Dr. Tripathi's academic roots are as robust as his professional endeavours. He earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun, pioneering research on sustainable fuel systems. His qualifications are further bolstered by an M.Tech. from MNNIT Allahabad and the prestigious AMIE certification from The Institution of Engineers (India).
From spearheading the formation of Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University to crafting its academic frameworks, Dr. Tripathi's leadership is both visionary and pragmatic. As Director of IQAC and Vice President of the Institute Innovation Council, he has driven quality assurance and innovation at an institutional scale.
Dr. Tripathi's commitment to innovation is reflected in his prolific contributions to sustainable engineering and mechanical systems. His research spans internationally recognized publications, guiding Ph.D. scholars, and leading a DST-funded project on biofuels. Additionally, his consultancy projects on industrial automation have enhanced efficiency in major industries.
An inventor at heart, Dr. Tripathi holds six patents , covering advancements in renewable energy systems, automation, and water amusement technologies. Each innovation underscores his dedication to practical solutions that address real-world challenges.
Dr. Tripathi is a life member of The Institution of Engineers (India) and an esteemed member of the Indian Science Congress. He is a sought-after speaker, presenter, and session chair at national and international conferences, continually shaping the discourse on mechanical engineering and education.
