DBUU has initiated the Scholarship 2026 assistance to encourage and accelerate the students' educational and personal development. It is a small step taken towards strengthening the roots of India's future through nurturing its potent beholders.
A scholarship of up to 10% on first-year academic fee will be awarded to students from any state in India.
Students with a permanent address (DOMICILE) in Uttarakhand or those who have completed their 10th and 12th education from Uttarakhand are eligible for a scholarship of up to 25% per year on tuition fee.
A scholarship of up to 10% per year on academic fees is offered to support meritorious and talented students who are permanent residents of the specified domiciles, or who have completed their 10th and 12th education from Ladakh, Sikkim, Nagaland, Assam, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Himachal Pradesh, or West Bengal (Darjeeling and Kalimpong districts).

A scholarship of 10% extra on the Academic fee for the students that are graduating/graduated from DBUU and opting for a higher programme at DBUU (without a gap).
A scholarship of 5% per year on base fee shall be awarded to the wards of soldiers who lost their lives for the country.
A scholarship of 5% per year on the base fee shall be awarded to sports background (State & National level) students.
A scholarship of 5% per year on the base fee for students from all over India to support the academic pursuits of meritorious and talented girls.
(Note: Additional scholarship applicable only in Direct Admission through the DBUU Admission Cell)
A scholarship of 10% (Per Year) on the Academic fee shall be awarded to the students of EWS category.
A scholarship of 5% (Per Year) on the Academic fee shall be awarded to the ward of single mother.
A scholarship of 5% (Per Year) on the Academic fee shall be awarded to orphan students.
A scholarship of 5% (Per Year) on the Academic fee shall be awarded to the differently abled students.
A scholarship of 10% (Per Year) on the Academic fee shall be awarded to the wards of DBUU employees.
A scholarship of 10% (Per Year) on the Academic fee shall be awarded to the siblings of current students/alumni.
A scholarship of 5-10% (Per Year) on the Academic fee shall be awarded to those recommended/refered by the employees of DBUU.
A scholarship of 10% (Per Year) on the Academic fee for the alumni of DBUU/DBIT opting for a higher programme at DBUU.
Management have full right to give any scholarship amount based on candidate profile.
Students with a permanent address (DOMICILE) of J&K or who completed their 10th or 12th from J&K are eligible for up to 40% per year scholarship on Academic Fee.
Students staying in the hostel throughout the programme receive a 10% concession per year. Applicable only to BH-1 (3-seater without attached washroom).

Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University (DBUU) offers three types of Scholarships, namely:
The Academic Scholarship and Domicile Scholarship are worth rupees 25 Crore whereas COVID 19 Scholarship is of worth 50 Lac.

The Application Fee amount of Rs 1500/-is not for the scholarship application. It is Application Fee which an interested student has to submit in order to secure the seat in their desired course
Yes, the Scholarship at DBUU is available for both the graduate and post-graduate students.

To be eligible for scholarships, you must have a minimum of 75% attendance.
